Common Threads: Let’s Talk About AI, Ethics, and the Future of Quilting

Description: Facilitated discussion though a curated set of 20 real-world, thought-provoking scenarios designed to step away from the fear and dive into the nuance. This isn't a lecture telling you what to think. Instead, these scenarios are designed for quilt guilds, creative circles, workshops, or personal reflection. They map out the ethical gray areas of AI in textile arts to help you debate, dissect, and ultimately crystalize your own opinion on when it’s right, wrong, or a brilliant shortcut to use technology in your craft.

Description: Students will learn my "Quilt-Speak" AI prompting techniques to generate high-detail collage image pattern that are print ready along with a color guide saving you hours of tracing time and choosing the right fabric tones.
